Clean test directory
Update Makefile, libmba.spec, and docs/Makefile
Update documentation
Remove unncessary includes in sources like msgno and hexdump
Remove unncessary prototypes and forward references
Rebuild docs updating ref/libmba.html with any new entity references if necessary
Build archives (without -g)
	tgz
	copy tgz to RH 6.2 and build RPM
	zip
	copy zip to NT and build bin.zip
Add blurb in README.txt
Remove docs/www/dl link if it exists
